Guys and gals who love guys need to use straightforward pick-up lines and a personalized delivery to make that first contact successful. While girls are suspicious of anyone putting the moves on them, guys know how to tell the sincere from the superficial. Choose a great pick-up line and use body language to impress a person of the male persuasion to give you the time of day.

Plan a Strategy

Step 1
Check out the scene and target romantic prospects. Study their clothes or body language to determine whether to use a comic or sensual approach. For instance, a guy wearing a funny T-shirt will welcome humor. A guy wearing a beret is ready for romance.

Step 2
Select a few pick-up lines to choose from at the moment of truth. Ask friends, look online or dream up your own opener.

Step 3
Consider what you'll say after the pick-up line. Follow your theme. Make a joke about yourself or point out the beauty of the music or setting to open the door to more conversation.
